Christmas Extravaganza

A big thank you to all who came along to our Christmas Extravaganza. It was a wonderful event, the Rockabillies Choir led by Sarah Steenson performed seasonal songs for us and were wonderful. Father Christmas took time out of his busy schedule to drop in and talk to the children, and there were lots of bargains to be had around the stalls, including hot turkey rolls and mulled wine at the refreshments stall. The event ended with Councillor Lisa Higginbottom switching on the lights.

The Nearly New Zealand Charity Shop, Campion St, and the New Zealand Chari-tea Shop, Uttoxeter Old Rd, will both be closed over the Christmas period. They will close at 4.00pm on Saturday 20th December 2014 and re-open at their normal times on Monday 5th January 2015. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to those of you who have supported us by donating goods to the shops and also for coming in and buying stock.
