'Nearly New' Zealand
The 'Nearly New' Zealand Charity Shop was opened on 14th August 2010 by former Councillor Ray Baxter.
It is located next door to the Community Centre at 7 Campion St (the old police office).
It is staffed by local residents who are friendly and helpful. All proceeds from the shop will be spent in the New Zealand Community. At present the proceeds are going towards the Kitchen Installation at the Community Centre.
Donations
Donations have come from many local residents and are still welcome. Home collection can be arranged by leaving your name and number with a member of staff at the shop.
Drop in
Why not drop in and take a look around and see for yourself that many a bargain can be found.
All proceeds will go towards the installation of a kitchen at the Lonny Wilsoncroft Community Centre after which we hope to hold luncheon clubs etc
The New Zealand Chari-Tea Shop
Our second charity shop - The New Zealand Chari-tea Shop opened on Saturday 8th October 2011.
Dominic Byrnes, Local Film maker had the honour of opening the shop.
What we have
The shop is full of clothes for men, women and children. At reasonable prices, Along with shoes, handbags, jewellery, toys, books, bric-a-brac and pictures/paintings to hang on your wall.

So come along in, have a browse and pick yourself a bargain.
All proceeds are spent in the New Zealand Area
