Another successful Race Night was held at the Lonny Wilsoncroft Community Centre on Saturday 28th January. Everyone enjoyed themselves,as usual the atmosphere was electric, as the punters placed their bets and then cheered on the horse of their choice. Mu\'s Chilli went down very well. Big thanks to all who helped out on the night, Mu, Pat on the bar, Reenie, Joanne, and Fay. We raised £265.45 on the night, which did of course go into our Kitchen Installation Fund. Thanks to everyone who came along.

Well here we are at the end of a very long, but satisfying day. The shop was opened a little after 2.00pm by film director, Dominic Burns. A small crowd of people gathered for the opening and the local paper, the Derby Telegraph came along to record the event. Mu Ludlow provided party rolls, and tea and coffee was offered to all our customers. A big thank you to Mu, Fay, Joanne, Melissa, Nathan, Keighley, Jay and Lesley, Reenie we could not have done it without your help.
